A secluded colonial style guest house situated on 3 acres, out of the hustle and bustle of Durban’s CBD, but with all the modern conveniences. Our guest house caters for international and local guests, sports enthusiasts or business people looking for a function venue and accommodation with a personal touch.

Our 5 venues, accommodating from 2 – 150 people are popular for hosting conferences, private functions or weddings with our own chapel on the property. Our function venues are equipped with fibre internet connections throughout the property with free wifi access to all guests. Our venues are equipped with screens, data projectors, flipcharts and whiteboards. Sica’s hosts 50 bedrooms on the property with different room configurations to accommodate corporates, families, couples or groups. A laundry service is also available for guest convenience. Our in-house restaurant, bar and lounge area is an ideal space to relax, after a long day. For the more energetic guests, we have a floodlit tennis court and gym facilities.
