Established in November 2005 and after extensive alterations completed in 2007, the owners Barry and Valerie Livsey have ensured that every detail has been completed and continually improved with you, the guest in mind, to maximize your stay with us whether for business, honeymoon or just leisure in a relaxed, safe and enjoyable manner.

We are the closest registered accommodation provider to Westway Office Park, Westville Hospital, Pavilion Shopping Centre all being and the N3, all being 1km away, with easy access to central Durban, North & South Coast.

We cater mostly for business guests and short term stays for those who are re-locating. For our holiday guests, there are many amenities, restaurants, pubs, and shops close by.

All our suites have their own entrances and small veranda. Each unit has a granite top kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Units have an aircon, hotel bouquet DSTV, Fibre WIFI, lock up safe. There is a worktop area in each unit with chair. Breakfasts are served on the main veranda overlooking a beautiful greenbelt with a view towards the sea.
